Diversity is celebrated through initiatives like the Imbizo. Racism and discrimination are not tolerated. The Imbizo recognises that the Kearsney community is made up of diverse groups and affirms the importance of treating every individual with respect and dignity. Through the work of the Transformation Committee, the College promotes authentic inclusivity and fosters a welcoming environment where every boy feels at home, supported and able to thrive in all aspects of College life.
