Ed-admin Multi-Portal App
The Ed-admin Multi-portal app, available in your app store, gives parents access to personal details, and those of their son/s, stored on the Kearsney College database. Information such as school reports and school fee accounts are also available. Parents are requested to check and update contact details in this app, if necessary.

Please note, all information previously on the Edana app and the web-based parent portal is now available on the Ed-admin Multi-portal app. Support for the web-based parent portal will not be provided for much longer, and the Edana app has been replaced by the Ed-admin Multi-portal app. Parents are requested to uninstall the Edana App from their devices and to download the Ed-admin Multi-portal app. The change to Ed-admin was made in May 2024.

The Kearsney College App
Stay connected with news, events and information at your fingertips. This app hosts an array of informative, useful and engaging features and is available for iOS & Android devices. All parents and staff are pre-registered with details from the school database.
- Download the app and tap “Yes” to allow notifications to ensure you don’t miss important information from the school.
- Enter the email address you provided to the College.
The temporary password is: Kearsney1921 - Create and confirm your own unique password, then tap “Log In”.
If you forget your password, you can click “Forgot your password” on the login page to request a reset.

MySchool Card
Apply for your MySchool / Kearsney supporter card online and help raise funds for the Kearsney Endowment Fund, at no cost to you.
Or print, complete and return the form to The Foundation Office at Kearsney College by emailing foundation@kearsney.com.
Rewards Programme
Raise Funds with School-Days
The Kearsney Foundation has partnered with School-Days, which is a rewards programme to raise funds for the Kearsney Foundation.
There are no extra cards required: after joining School-Days, it is automatically linked to your Dis-Chem Loyalty Benefit Card, so you earn your usual Dis-Chem cashback and raise money for the school. They are also partnered with NetFlorist, Booking.com, Carlicence and are bringing more partners on board.
Renew your licence via Carlicence through your School-Days account and the Foundation receives R40 back. A simple process, all online and the licence gets delivered to you.
